Salasar Techno Bonus Share News: Salasar Techno announced on Wednesday that it is issuing bonus shares in the ratio of 4:1. Four new fully paid up bonus shares of face value of Rs 1 will be issued in the existing fully paid up capital fund. Çdo aksioner ka 1 aksion.

“The bonus shares are recommended to be issued in the ratio of 4:1 i.e. 4 (four) new fully paid up bonus shares of Rs.1. (only) each with 1 (0) fully paid share capital. 1 rupee (one rupee only), each held by the members of the company on the said date, subject to shareholders' approval and other statutory approvals," the company said in a statement.
