You Can Now Play A "Business Techno" Board Game
The teams behind Up to Date Festival and Polish club FOMO have created a new board game called 'Business Techno: The Game'.
Using a Monopoly-style setup that challenges players to build a music empire by trading "technological assets," the game's creators hope to stimulate conversation in the dance music industry.
Cities featured in the game include Berlin, Ibiza, Dubai, Detroit, London and Bialystok, the Polish city that hosts the manufacturer's business and is about to close its FOMO festival. Each area has different real places, events and references to each area.

Players use "techno coins" to pay for social media and followers, as well as to purchase content, eventually achieving "techno-influencer" status.
A tongue-in-cheek promotional video asks, "Want to have fun every weekend? Want to hit 140 BPM and drink champagne fast? Want to be a veteran after party?"
He continued: "Stop being a bedroom DJ, be a premium product. You'll never need a guest list. Then you'll never leave.
"Think big. Be global. Be techno."

All these words this year with which we started our great adventure in 2020 are even more powerful and relevant today.
"FOMO will close as it stands," they continued. "Quality in every way."
