Best Minecraft Builds: The Coolest Constructions You Need To See
The best Minecraft builds can inspire your own creations, big or small. Let's be honest: after ten years or ten days in endless Minecraft worlds, it can be difficult to come up with new and incredible ideas. Fortunately, dedicated artists and architects have created wonderful structures for you to enjoy.
Some of the ideas below have been around for years and you can't verify them yourself, but something here will inspire you to get started with your own solo worlds or Minecraft servers. Then again, it's amazing to see what amazing things are possible in one of the best PC games of the decade. This list will take you to Middle-earth, Tamriel, and even the Titanic, and get you home in time for tea. Just like our pick of the best Minecraft seeds and skins, this collection of the best Minecraft builds has something for every type of player.
Best Minecraft Builders:
titanic
As a historical icon, there are many Titanic Minecraft mega builds out there, but we love tutorials, so this beautiful ten-part study by Richlarrousse is our favorite. We will never have time in our world to see it, but we can dream.
This RMS Titanic was also created in vanilla Minecraft. So if you want comfortable textures you can add some good Minecraft shaders to your world to make the water look more realistic and really impressive with your version. historic ship
Minas Tirith
Besides the real architecture that serves as a source of inspiration, there is much more in the high fantasy world that stimulates the imagination. Take this fantastic portrayal of Minas Tirith for example, it's really cool.
It was posted on Reddit by u/Cornbass and in addition to agreeing, the community also made suggestions: "Rock and Jump Now."
Minecraft Middle Earth
The only thing that would amaze us even more would be if someone started working on a Minecraft build that would cover all of Middle-earth and all those famous locations... wait, what? are you serious?
Forgiveness; We just found out that this Middle-earth project is underway, and while it's not finished yet, it's already one of the best Minecraft servers you can visit. If you think you're up to the challenge, you can apply to take part in the construction.
WesterosCraft
No great Minecraft collection is complete without something Game of Thrones-inspired. Here is a small part of the huge and impressive WesterosCraft server.
The photo above shows the city of Sunnitsa with a particularly attractive and reflective sea surface. Don't forget to check out the great work done on King's Landing in Minecraft.
tips
To take the fantasy theme a bit further, Creolucis has the dwarf city of Consilium, the construction of which is so magnificent that we find it difficult to choose an image that shows how magnificent the Minecraft map is. It's not just "huge," it's the dictionary definition of "huge."
Adamantis
How does sixty million epic blocks sound in Minecraft? The boundaries have really expanded thanks to Jamdelaney1, who spent three months creating the sprawling city of Adamantis. This vast metropolis sits atop a hill and is adorned with grand gates, reflecting pools, and broad colonnades.
Union of the Magi of Meridia
Adamantis is reminiscent of Meridia from College of Mages, last year's awesome Minecraft build inspired by Block Fortress in Skyrim College's Winterhold. Perhaps Minecraft surpasses the magic of the Pottercraft server.
luminous maze
Why not literally lose yourself in Minecraft? Created by Redditor u/Chris-P, this maze is basically a Minecraft maze from The Shining. The hotel from Stanley Kubrick's classic horror film was not recreated due to its absurd design, but it's quite impressive, especially since it was created in survival mode.
New port cut
In recent history, New Port Notch has become one of the most popular Minecraft projects, so much so that it spawned its own subreddit. The Elegant City is the work of two players: LG193 and ThatDutchLad. It's so big that you need a special subway system to get around it.
The Birth of Azeroth
Then there's Crafting Azeroth, a project to fully recreate Minecraft's World of Warcraft at 1:1 scale. It sounds crazy - a wild dream actually - but it's going great. This was aided by some automation using voxelization, but is still incredibly impressive, especially when viewed from the map itself.
Mondstadt
It took the Skyblock Squad over 400 hours to complete this impressive 1:1.15 scale build. From the Windmills of Mondstadt to the monumental Seven Statues, this faithful recreation of Genshin Impact's capital city will amaze even non-fans of the anime game. This incredible interpretation includes interiors such as Favonia Cathedral and Dilyuk Bar, Angel's Share.
night star
You don't have to be an art historian to know the inspiration behind this special building. Vincent van Gogh's "The Starry Night" is considered by many to be the most beloved painting in the world. You'll find it on t-shirts, travel mugs, and duvet covers, so it was only a matter of time before you got into Minecraft.
Over the course of a month, ChrisDaCow combined every Van Gogh brushstroke with his Minecraft texture packs to create this incredibly detailed recreation. The desire to bring a famous two-dimensional Post-Impressionist painting to life on a three-dimensional canvas brings a new perspective to this iconic work. It's cool to see it in 3D like this, and it's a bit scary. It's hard to imagine the eponymous "Starry Night" as a supernatural horror taking place in Van Gogh's imaginary city.
The antique
2022's Elden Ring propelled the Souls series into the mainstream and unleashed a new wave of fans. Elden World by SeriousCraft is not only a love letter, but also a project in its own right. While primarily an adventure map , it's still a stunning recreation of The Lands Between on this list.
The 6 km long map contains over 20 different dungeons including Stormvale Castle and Airdtree Castle. If you want to play 15 hours of Elden Ring outside of Elden Ring, this build is for you.
Respect to HR Giger
Giger's iconic biomechanical designs have inspired Ridley Scott's Alien film series, books, movies and of course video games like Scorn 2022. Everbloom Games, a team of professional Minecraft developers, praised Giger's work. and as disturbing as you can imagine.
Between the huge shadow-covered portals and the fully realized space jockey in his cockpit, these blocky reconstructions manage to capture the spirit of Giger's creation like never before. Nobody can hear you in space.
cyberpunk project
While not a bespoke remake, Cyberpunk Project is heavily based on Night City from Cyberpunk 2077, which it thankfully wears on its sleeve. The neon-lit skies of this sprawling metropolis are filled with towering skyscrapers and giant holograms.
The Cyberpunk project is an brainchild of Elysium Fire and is so big that it can cause crashes on older platforms. If this isn't the ultimate mega build of Minecraft, we don't know what will be.
Novigrad
Elysium Fire is also responsible for another incredibly detailed megastructure. Like The Cyberpunk Project, Novigrad Elysium Fire isn't exactly the Novigrad you know from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, the team takes inspiration from medieval streets and beautiful castle towers. Admittedly, we enjoyed exploring its namesake Geralt of Rivia, but this version of Novigrad features a handcrafted port that puts its predecessors to shame.
Here are the best Minecraft builds dreamed up by the genius architects of the Mojang world - and we're sure there will be more to come with the new black builds coming with the Minecraft 1.2o release date. Alternatively, you can stay in adventure mode and come across a pre-made Minecraft village; Watch out for the many Minecraft mobs roaming the grounds. If you break down, you may need a compass to locate lost items.
