The competition will take place in eight cities across the United States and Canada, celebrating the virtues and values ​​of techno and the group of underground producers that make possible the hardest, most exotic and most underground genre. Each warehouse viewing will be conducted in partnership with an independent developer.

"It's been ten years since the CNTRL Tour and now we seem deeply immersed in a new techno sound that seamlessly combines the elements we saw back then," Hotin told Billboard. “EDM's explosion and popularity 10 years ago is exactly why we started the CNTRL Tour, traveling by bus across North America meeting artistic and technical ideals through performance and performance.

The This From Our Minds Tour - To Be Announced 2023 kicks off March 10 in Detroit, the birthplace of techno, and then heads to Canada before returning to the United States with shows in Las Vegas, San Francisco and elsewhere. Positions are not announced. See the full schedule below.

Joining Khotin, the tour, named after Khotin's 1990s label Plus 8 and its tagline "From Our Minds to Yours," will feature alternative tech producers including Canadian Barbosa, Jay York of New York, Texans Decoder and Declan. James, Lindsey Herbert from Phoenix (who first encountered techno as an EDM fan on the then-CNTRL tour), DJ Deep Pedi from San Francisco and JIA from Guam, based in Los Angeles. Each show will of course also feature a cast from Hawtin himself.
