T78 Takes Us Through His Favourite New Music
This year T78 miles have grown. Italian techno wizards Egg delighted crowds from London at Lejardin Electronics in Lille, France. Three shows at ADE, check. Of course, this year he helped contribute to the genre with his work, with an incredible nine releases on his Octetone Records; Since March with Maxi Devin's Monster Truck and most recently with the December 4th release of Another Dimension, the groove truck. He is constantly adding new sensations to his label roster, bringing many more producers to Octectone this year, including NOBA, Greg Denboza, Ed Messina, Jim Nozier and more. To celebrate, T78 produced and produced his 13th edition, T78 Presents Tektones 13, which will be released on December 29th.
"Tectones is a compilation album that has been released every six months since the label started," says T78. Like T78 in collaboration with Hard Trance Housework and Ducamp. Instead the 'Push To Start' remix came out within a day, I was SO inspired by the vocal hook that I decided to make a simple T78 beat around it without taking any material from the original song .'
