Tributes To ‘beautiful Angel NHS Worker Who Died While Attending Techno Club Night
Tributes have been paid to a young NHS worker who died at a techno music event in Wales.
Olivia Spencer, 21, has been described as a "beautiful angel" by friends after she collapsed and died at a bargain event in Cardiff at the weekend. Police are investigating Olivia's sudden death on Saturday morning. Their death was also confirmed by the coroner's office.
Olivia's friends and family paid tribute to Rhonda, a paramedic from Trorchy. It is described as "one of a kind". His aunt Natalie Palmer said: "I can't find the words. There are so many wonderful memories that I will cherish forever. You will be missed forever. I am speechless."


Her friend Mia Clayton wrote: "Our beautiful Liv, I am so grateful to have shared the best memories with you, you were truly one of a kind. I hope you are here to celebrate because we all know you love going there." .. crazy boy. There is nothing here without you.
"It kills me to think we'll never see your crazy dance moves or hear your crazy stories. The world is so cruel. Olivia, I will always love and miss you. Our 21 beautiful angel."
Greg Dix, chief executive of nursing at Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB, said: "We are very saddened to hear of Olivia's tragic death and offer our condolences to her family at this very difficult time. Olivia is loved by the team on Ward 14 at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital and our condolences to her dear and close colleagues. we support staff and patients coming to terms with their death.

"We salute Olivia for her enthusiasm, passion for the game and the impact she has made in her short time on the health board." The Vaults, a club run from a former bank vault in Cardiff's Boottown, said they were "absolutely heartbroken" by Olivia's death.
In a statement: "As a forum we are heartbroken by the actions that took place on Friday night." During the incident, a man was taken to an area doctor for emergency medical treatment.
"South Wales Ambulance Service arrived minutes later to assist paramedics but sadly despite the best efforts of paramedics the man died. Our deepest condolences to the man's family and loved ones. We offer our deepest condolences and support at this tragic time continued."

A spokesman for the South Wales Central Coroner's Office confirmed that the coroner's officer had been informed of Olivia's death. We will have to wait a few days to know if there is an opportunity to investigate.
A South Wales Police spokesman said: “South Wales Police are continuing their investigation into the sudden and unexplained death of a 21-year-old woman who fell ill at a music event in Boottown, Cardiff on Saturday morning. Olivia Spencer has officially left Rhonda's Pantry.
A file is being prepared on behalf of HM Coroner and police added that there are no suspicious circumstances.
