As the successor of Redmi 10 was launched last year, Redmi 12 is expected to launch soon. An insider shared that the phone was spotted on the official Redmi website in Portugal. The screenshot shared by the user reveals the design and price of the upcoming phone. The leak suggests that the phone could pack an octa-core MediaTek Helio G88 SoC. The outgoing Redmi 10 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 octa-core SoC and a large 6,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

Tipster Kacper Skship (@kacskrz) tweeted a screenshot showing the Redmi 12 listed on the official Portuguese website. The phone is expected to launch with 4GB or 8GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB storage options. According to the leaked script, the phone will be priced at EUR 209.99 (roughly Rs. 18,600). The upcoming Redmi 12 is expected to feature a 6.79-inch Full HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is said to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G88 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. .

On the optical side, the phone's triple rear camera may include a 50 MP main sensor, an 8 MP wide-angle module and a 2 MP sensor. In the leaked image, two cameras can be seen vertically in the upper left corner of the rear panel, followed by a smaller camera, accompanied by an LED flash. The front camera is said to have an 8-megapixel sensor in the central notch at the top of the display.

The Redmi 12 is expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W wired charging. It is also reported to support NFC and Bluetooth v5.3 connectivity.
