Redmi 12C Malaysia: 6.71″ Display, 50MP Camera, 5,000mAh Battery And 128GB Storage Priced From Under RM600
Xiaomi Malaysia has unveiled its new entry-level smartphone Redmi 12C. It has a large 6.71-inch screen and a large 5000mAh battery with a starting price of RM599.

- Redmi 12C (4GB RAM + 128GB storage) – RM599
- Redmi 12C (6GB RAM + 128GB storage) – RM699
The device will be available from March 16, 2023 at Xiaomi authorized stores and resellers throughout Malaysia. However, you can order online from Shopee and Lazada. Redmi 12C is offered in four colors: Graphite Grey, Ocean Blue, Mint Green and Lavender Purple. As part of the pre-order promotion, Xiaomi is offering free Redmi Buds 4 Lite headphones worth RM139 with a pre-order deadline of March 15, 2023.

Under the hood, it runs on a MediaTek Helio G85 processor with either 4GB or 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM, which is "expandable" via the OS's "Expandable RAM" feature. Regardless of the RAM option you choose, both models have 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage, expandable up to 1TB via microSD card.
