Xiaomi Launches Redmi Watch 3, Redmi Band 2, Redmi Buds 4 Lite: Details
Xiaomi released several devices for its fans on Wednesday. While smartphone enthusiasts got their hands on the new Redmi K60 series and Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition, the company launched something for smart wearable lovers. The company launched the Redmi Watch 3, the new Redmi Band 2 and the Redmi Buds 4 All of these devices are available for sale in China from today
The new Redmi Watch 3 is the successor to the Redmi Band 2 and comes with several important updates. This smartwatch has a 1.75-inch AMOLED display with a maximum brightness of up to 600 nits. It has a square face with flat sides, similar to most of the smartwatches we see today. It has an always-on display, supports more than 200 hours and 121 different training modes. Redmi Watch 3 can work for 12 days on a single charge. It has a 24-hour SOS function and a built-in GNSS chip for accurate tracking. Other notable features include deep sleep tracking, SPO2 detector, heart rate monitor, calorie counter and women tracker. The Redmi Watch 3 is priced at CNY 499 (roughly Rs. 5,932). It is available in black or white models.
Redmi Band 2 is the successor to the Redmi Band launched in 2020. The new band has a 1.47-inch display, which is 76% larger than the Redmi Band. It comes with features like blood oxygen measurement, menstrual cycle tracking, and more than 30 exercise modes. The phone's battery lasts six days on a single charge with heavy use and around 14 days with normal use. The device is priced at CNY 159 (roughly Rs. 1,900) and is available for purchase in China.
Last on the list is the Redmi Buds 4 Lite, which targets young users in China. The headphones have 12mm drivers and offer up to 20 hours of battery life. It also offers intelligent noise reduction during calls. It costs RMB 139 (approx. Rs. 1,652).
