Below are the new features and / or fixes that have been added to this beta since its launch yesterday.

The first signs of spatial sound

Pixel Buds Pro launched with the promise of Spatial Audio as a feature update. While we've seen some firmware updates on the phones so far, there's still no sign of Spatial Audio being implemented. The setting to enable this feature now appears in Settings> Sound & Vibration, with an option to enable spatial audio for wired headphones. There is also an option to activate the Bluetooth headset function in the personal settings of the device.

Although 9to5Google claims that the feature is not working properly because the Android apps need to be updated, I wanted to test it myself with the Pixel Buds Pro and the Hulu app on the Pixel. I'm not an audio expert, but I could tell there was a noticeable difference in quality when the feature was activated, and even while watching the "one" show, I noticed some "surround sound" waves disappearing and blowing in the wind. I've eaten a lot lately. Now, as I said, I don't know much about these things and I'm just following what my ears tell me, so I could be completely wrong.

Quick setting tile animations

Several Quick Settings panes, such as Do Not Disturb and Battery Saver, now have clean animations with their icons. It's a small update, but a nice touch. * {Margin: 0}]]>.
